About us > Our philosophy With a foundation on self-esteem and autonomy, the goal is to embrace rights and duties that are embedded in the concept of being part of an institution, and embracing love as a fundamental part of everyday life as an important part of our institutional philosophy, at CTH we educate for a harmonic coexistence with the environment and on the protection of our natural resources. In everyday life at our school, students of different cultures, nationalities and religions coexist. Respect for difference and diversity is one of our objectives. The school believes in acting by conviction, which becomes the ideal for harmonic coexistence. Our philosophy is strengthened by the Anti-bullying project “United within difference”, which is led by our older students, and which is a testament of healthy relations for our younger students At the same time, the school is creating spaces of equality, in which we promote human rights, without distinctions of creed, race, religion, ideology, social groups, and we foster an environmental awareness and healthy habits. We know that being a part of this world requires a commitment, which is why we follow the Tikun Olam principle (“Repair the world” in Hebrew): we educate human beings that will innovate and transform our surroundings Our philosophy is based on the monotheistic hebrew philosophy (man and G-d, man and his peers, man and society, and man with his surroundings.) > Admissions At Theodoro Hertzl school, children will begin at the age of 3 in Kinder 3, which means students must be three years old by July 31st. The following chart shows the age required for each of the levels of the school. According to the evaluation and observations submitted by the admissions committee, the institution may decide which grade the student is suitable for. *The school curriculum is organized according to the international curriculum, authorized by the Colombian curricula. Next admissions process K3 2028-2029 (Start January 6th, 2026) Applicants: Children born between August 1, 2024, and July 31, 2025. For Registrations open Grade and date of admission Documents to be attached Families already part of our school and UIB community 1st to 30th of December, 2025. Kinder 3 August 2028-2029 Child's birth certificate New families Tuesday, January 6th, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. (until registration form is filled out). Kinder 3 August 2028-2029 • Child's birth certificate or passport • Copy of the parents' ID document . • Three recommendation letters, preferably from individuals connected with the school or the UIB community. If unavailable, letters from other friends or family members are acceptable. • Employment or monthly income certificate from both parents. *Please have the above documents ready when registering.
